Enjoy open concept living, a spacious back porch with a dining area and comfortable seating, a relaxing coffee deck, fire pit, and direct river access for fishing and kayaking. Conveniently located near local attractions, with easy access to boat launches on the North Fork River and White River, plus nearby Norfork Lake marinas. This is the perfect getaway for adventure or relaxation.

What this place offers

There is seating for 8 at the dining room table and seating for an additional 5 at the large island. The kitchen is well-equipped for any of your cooking needs. The covered back deck has lounge seating for 4 and a table for 6. Just off the covered back deck is a set of stairs leading down to a coffee deck that can be enjoyed for coffee, entertaining, or relaxing in the sun. If nothing else, feel free to sit and enjoy the view. Continuing down the steps will lead you to a landing overlooking the river and to an additional set of stone steps that access the White River.

Know before you book

Please do not park vehicles, trailers, or anything on a trailer in the front yard. The septic tank is located in the front yard. Please do not move the grill onto the back porch. It can be used under the carport or in the grass. There is an exterior camera that only looks at the drivwat and carport. NO PETS of any kind are allowed on the property. We have family with pet allergies. NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind allowed inside the house.

Cancellation: 100% refund for cancellations 14 days or more before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.
