Montagna Sole Villetta is a secluded woodland cottage tucked into the 55-acre Piney Bay property, surrounded by trees, private trails, and an amazing full view of Piney Bay. Guests can drive directly to the Villetta, while those who want to explore on foot can also reach it by an approximately 10-minute walk through the woods from the main cabin area. The property includes approximately 4–5 miles of private hiking trails, more than 30 Scripture meditation plaques placed throughout the trails and grounds, lake access, Paradise Pier, complimentary stand-up paddleboards, fishing access, and plenty of private wooded acreage to explore. Select trail sections are suitable for ATV use, and guests are welcome to bring an ATV for designated property access and trips to Paradise Pier; the pier is also accessible by vehicle. Piney Bay feels wonderfully secluded while still being only about 5 miles from I-40. It is a beautiful setting for girlfriend getaways, ministry retreats, bridal and groom groups, family gatherings, intimate weddings, and quiet outdoor escapes. For larger groups, Montagna Sole Villetta can also be booked together with our nearby sister property, Paradiso at Piney Bay, giving guests additional sleeping space while keeping everyone together on the same 55-acre property.

Know before you book

Cancellation: Reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are eligible for a refund of the lodging charges, less any non-refundable Find A Place fees and payment-processing fees. Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the lodging charges. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. If we are able to rebook some or all of your cancelled dates, we are happy to consider an additional refund based on the amount recovered. Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected circumstances that may affect your trip.
