Know before you book

· The last stretch is a gravel road. It's well maintained, and any normal car handles it fine. · Trash goes to the front entry. The garbage service won't drive down our private road, so bins are at the front of the property. · No cable TV. The smart TV streams over fiber WiFi, so bring your logins. · One bathroom. It's great for couples and small families. Six adults will need to take turns.

Cancellation: 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days prior to check-in (minus merchant processing fees). 50% refund if canceled between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in. No refund on the nightly rate if canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in. Always refund 100% of the cleaning fee for any cancellation made prior to the check-in hour. If the cleaner does not have to turn the unit, keeping that fee almost guarantees a lost credit card chargeback. Cancellations eligible for a full refund are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee deduction. If you must cancel within the non-refundable window, we will immediately reopen the dates on our calendar. If the property rebooks for those nights, we will gladly refund you the amount recovered, minus a $50 re-listing fee.
